Does not answer phone calls. Only got three calls answered in three weeks. Promised to get a call back each time and it never happened. Faxed twice, no response even after a request for a response on the fax cover. Provided legal documentation for records and a respectful expedite request. Still no response.

Also, the email provided on the website is wrong. It sends a rejected message every time I try to use it. How do I get in contact with the Doctor to address these issues?

She is a Dr. that gives her time and ear to actually listen to her patient needs. She is a Dr. that can relate not only in English but also in Spanish and Portuguese. She values her time with her pt. that she does not allow her business phone in the same office but has great communication with her staff to meet all needs in due time.
