My wife and I had a great experience with Dr. Liau this past week. We found the price at this clinic to be the lowest in the Lake Mary area. Plus Dr. Liau was very knowledgeable in treating my lower back pain as well as my wife's depression and arthritis. Definately a place to go for a Real acupuncture treatment.

I am a student of Dr. Liau’s for many years and a patient prior to that as well. I like Dr. Liau’s treatment protocol because she is very thorough and the number of treatments she prescribed is not just to take care of the symptoms (which most doctors do that only) but also to start taking care of the cause. So if she tells you that it required 7 treatments to take care of your tendonitis and you feel good after 5 treatments, it only means that the symptoms goes away but the cause (such as bone inflammation and the tendon injury underneath) would require more healing time to make sure that it does not flare-up again. This is why most patients who come to see Dr. Liau has a permanent result when they finish their course of treatments and therefore, less likely to encounter flare-ups which may end up cause more problems and extra money in the future.

> P.S. If you observed Dr. Liau, she always right down what you said to her and always record everything she did on you on your chart so that she does not miss anything, where other acupuncturist often do not.

It was a great experience for me. At first, I was not sure when it came to Acupuncture and Herbal Medicines. However, my lower back was in very bad shape and I was in so much pain at the time I couldn't get off my couch. I decided to give acupuncture and Herbal Medicine a try because I had tried everything else including pain management and chiropractors but nothing seemed to be helping. After my initial meeting and treatment with Dr.Liau, I was sent home with 3 different herbal medicines. The next day my back already felt better and now I'm only taking herbals a couple times a week. I TRUST Dr. Liau's SUGGESTION because if it takes 5 treatments to get better. I would rather go 3 times a week and within 1 1/ 2 weeks i will have a lot less pain instead of going 1/week and take 5 weeks to get better. Unfortunately she is only interested in your money. Go somewhere else... She will suggest tons of extra treatments you really dont need. She would ask me to come in 3x a week. I got 2 different second opinions and other doctors recommended once a week.

I am a college student. Before treatment, my food cravings were "out of control" which caused me to be stressed out. I experienced a Definite Decrease in food craving (about 50%) and decrease in stress after the 1st treatment. I actually loss 4 pounds after my 1st treatment and 2 pounds after my 2nd treatment. Normally acupuncture treatments cost around $90.00 to $150 per visit, but because of my conditions I do need several treatments to regulate my hormone and make sure that my ovulation come on time.



Since Dr. Liau saw how excited and ready I am to start my acupuncture treatments but because I do not have insurance and that my flex card does not work, she allows me to pay on a sliding scale. I was very satisfied and pleased with Dr. Liau and her staff whom were very understanding of my financial hardship. They were awesome and also very helpful throughout my entire visit.
