The best part of my day is the moment I walk through those doors. I feel healthy, fit; with so much more energy and endurance than I’ve ever had in my entire life. I joined ILKB about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it!!! The classes are fun yet challenging. The staff is super friendly and are there to motivate you both on and off the mat. They offer classes 7 days a week and at various times throughout the day which is really convenient. Highly recommend ILKB!

Lake grove just opened and the place is beautiful! The instructors are great and so caring , they make sure you are doing all workouts correct and they are very motivating! The people here are amazing I am so glad I came!!
