Healthy Home Mold Inspection

I needed an attic mold inspection to sell my Lake Geneva home. The home inspection said there was a "mold like substance" int he attic and I didn't want to pay for an expensive mold remediation job until the actual mold was confirmed.

We had surface samples taken of mold areas and air quality samples. I was very relieved to learn that the surface mold was NOT in our air, and we were given complete instructions on how to clean the mold ourselves. She even brought us a bottle of the mold control product she uses in her own home.

I needed a mold test FAST to close on my home sale. They rushed the results for no extra charge to help me out.

I was freaking out because I found some areas that seemed like mold around the house. I scheduled an inspection and testing and got SO much more, cleaning tips, which products to use. I feel confident handling things myself and saved $$$$.
