I had outstanding medical bills that were sent to collections years ago. Ocs Recovery was one of the agencies assigned to collect. They were wonderful to me. They worked with me to resolve the issues surrounding the bills and were very understanding. I was always able to talk with the same collector and she even started to know my voice which was nice. The bills were paid and settled and they even deleted it completely off my credit instead of just showing it paid which the other collection agencies refused to do. They were wonderful and all collection agencies should be like them.
