- Established in 1993, Sweet Obsession Cakes & Pastries Ltd. is situated in Vancouver, Canada and supplies special occasion cakes on request for several restaurants around the city. It also provides desserts for its partner operation, Trafalgars Bistro. Sweet Obsession takes orders for wedding cakes, tarts and flans and also bakes seasonally flavored cheesecakes, chocolate ganache and tiramisu, as well as classic confections like dulce de leche, St. Honore and dacquoise cakes.
