They continued to bill for services even after my wife left their program. When the insurance company denied her inpatient stay they switched to billing outpatient services at over $1,100 a day when the prior contract was for $300 a day!! Be warned they are predators. We paid $11,700 up front with the promise that they would bill the insurance and reimburse us. Well they sure did bill the insurance company, $1,100 a day!! Of course the insurance didn't pay that crazy amount but called it, patient responsibility. Currently, the explanation of benefits from the insurance company says my wife owes $37k to the Rose House. How is this not fraud!!
