The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co.

I was so excited to see a place that had good home type bagels in my area of The Villages, FL! I was told by a friend about the Lady Lake location. I don't get back to Brooklyn often and was really looking forward to the experience! WHAT A LET DOWN! Rude employees and burned bagels! The guy that took my order seemed to be completely clueless and was not very nice. What I can only assume was the manager by his uniform appeared to be taking complaints from customers in the dining area. When I FINALLY got my order the bagel was burned. I don't mean a little well done. It was DARK AND CRUNCHY! Never again. Apparently if you want a Brooklyn bagel you need to go to Brooklyn after all!
