Poor Customer Service

I would not recommend going to Performance Volkswagen for business of any car. The sales department and service department are never on the same page and they make it the customers problem. After buying a used car TWO months ago, the service promised on the car has still not been complete. This is also after bringing the car up to the service department SIX times. One time the car sat on their lot for almost two weeks with not a single thing done with it, because they were "waiting" on parts. Then when the parts came in they STILL didn't fix their mistake. Then they sent the part back because they waited too long to put it in the vehicle. The Service manager, Keri, she is extremely immature and unprofessional. Only answer she gives is that it isn't her problem and to talk to sales. Then will hang up in the middle of the conversation because she doesn't have answers and is frustrated. Since when is it OK to treat customers like this?!?!? My family has done many years/cars of business here, well NEVER again will another dime be spend to this company. They lost a few good potential return customers. I would recommend to go somewhere where you will be treated much better and somewhere they don't make their lack of fulfilling promises your problem!

Sold us a VW Jetta TDI in September 08 and presented a carfax report that says car was not in an accident (Accidents don't always show up with Carfax). Car maintenance in December 2008 at this dealer. Car broke and had to be towed to closest dealer in Lincoln. Lincoln dealer advised work would not be covered by warranty since non VW repairs had been done. We were SHOCKED! We have never done anything to this car besides maintenance at the dealer. This was a certified used VW. Don't know how VW of America will certifiy an improperly repaired car. Service manager also advised that the hood on the car is not an original hood and paint is peeling on front of car. Also had problems with dealer in Omaha because they sold us the car with a MO title which caused us hassle and delay. Buyin a car iN NE we expected not to have to go through the hassle of an out of state title.
