        Welcome! My name is Dina Hayden; I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Licensed in MD and VA. I am a 2003 graduate of Baltimore School of Massage. I have training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release (excellent for scar tissue and fibromyalgia), Acupressure, Trigger Points, Sports Massage, and Pregnancy Massage. I use a combination of all of my skills to create a Therapeutic Massage so that your session will be tailored to your specific health concerns.
