Casa La Mesa

This 70's built former retirement units, is sugar and spice on the outside but a close look on the inside reveals the neglect of poor management and maintenance. The manager will lull you into believing your stay here will be lovely, but in reality, units are in need of an upgrade. Even basic repair and cleanliness are not awaiting your move-in. The appliances are old and if they do replace one, they use the cheapest most inadequate models out there.



This place requires a six-month lease; if you must stay here, ask for the quiet side and be ready to have no close space to park your second car. The other redeeming factor is that they do accept up to two cats.



Oh yeah, and once you move in; they get nasty and argumentative w/ you!
