Lagrange Utilities Commission

If I knew then what I know now, I may not have moved to Lagrange simply because of how terrible Lagrange Utilities is. Not only are they completely incompetent, but they will lie to you and then deny it. They charged me for trash service for 3 months on a house that I did not own or live in after telling me that I wouldn't be charged. What's worse is that they are so incompetent that they were not even sending the bill to the correct address, so they threatened to disconnect the water! Then they "estimated" everyone's bill one month because there was some snow on the ground. I checked my meter (which they weren't able to do) and found that their "estimate" was triple the actual usage! It's been 2 months and I still haven't caught up to their "estimated' usage yet am still having to pay. I actually have negative usage for this month. Why should I have to pay anything besides trash pickup?
