This by far has to be the one of the worst oil change places I have ever been to. I own a 2003 Land Rover which requires synthetic oil. The put regular oil in my car which now resulted in my engine knocking. I called the store and spoke to Andy who was supposedly a manager but hardly acted like one. He yelled at me and proceeded to tell me I requested regular oil. Who in their right mind would request regular oil when your car requires synthetic oil?! After yelling at me he refused to help me and hung up on me. This regular oil changed cost me $81 which they are now advertising oils changes for $24.99. Why is there such a big difference in price? Because they charged me for synthetic oil yet put in regular oil! Now after this I called the corporate office and spoke to Bob who again was NO help and basically said this was a he said she said case and he doesn’t see anything wrong. Finally after 3 weeks of repeated phone calls they finally agreed for me to bring my car in for them to look at it. Well when I tried to do that today they once again told me NO! I called Bob at corporate back and explained to him what was going on he promised to return my call right away. But after 3 hours of waiting for a returned call I had to call him for him only to say they still want to look at my car. Really?! That’s not what the manager told me! My car is now on its way to Land Rover and Lube Pro’s will be getting a bill from me!!
