DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

Had to rate it but would not give them a rating at all. I ordered a balloon bouquet from them to sent to a friend in a nursing home. I received a call from the family that the balloons were laying on the floor only after 1 day. I called Ideal Florist about this concern and was told that there was nothing they would do about it. They said that they should only last 6 hours. I was very upset about this since and asked them why they did not tell me this information, had I know that I would have ordered something different and they stated they did not have to disclose that information. I said it would have been nice and she still offered to do nothing. After a heated debate I ended up with no apology or nothing. My friend is stuck with deflated balloons and I am out money. By the way the manager does not hold back either she is very good at name calling to her customers.

These guys really went the extra mile for very special Valentine's Day arrangement for a very good friend. Longtime employee Sam really showed his artistic talents and attention to detail, I couldn't be happier!
