ever time we go there they don't have it or it broken down I love the smoke house briskit they don't tell u they don't have the right bun but when u get it it's on a weat bun when it comes with a good bun now I have to ask if they have the right bun it does not taste the same it's crazy and there always out of suger Bacon that comes on everything I thought it just crazy they don't tell u about not having the right bun thinking u want notice it I guess hope it gets better

they r gross they have a dude there tht has AIDS if they sweat on ur drink and u get a drink an bite ur food u have a 97% chance of catchin AIDS

To whom it may concern:

We have lived in La Follette, Tn. for over 16 years and we have gone to Arby's very very often. In the past six months or so when we have requested anything almost, they are out of whatever we have requested!!!!!!!!!! I don't know if there is a "New Manager" and we really don't care, but something needs to look into this problem. Some examples are: My husband really likes the "Mocha Shakes" and for the last five times that we have requested it, "The Shake Machine Is Down". This has been @ different times of the day also. I have requested baked potatoes several times as I really like the loaded baked potatoes. Not only just these items, but these are just examples of the some.

We have been back to Arby's in about 3 weeks but I can bet if you request something, they will either be out of it or broken down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
