X-rays

Teeth Cleaning
Complete Checkups: Professional teeth cleanings are performed on all of our new and existing patients by our highly trained hygienist. The procedure involves scraping plaque from above and below the gum line. We offer our patients Digital X-rays, which is an alternative method to traditional x-rays in obtaining an accurate image of your teeth without the exposure to radiation. We use the SoPro Life Diagnostic Camera to detect early signs of decay and periodontal disease.
Fluoride Treatment
If you develop cavities quite frequently, a professional fluoride application is highly recommended. The fluoride used in our office is a stronger concentration than found in over-the-counter toothpaste or fluoride products available in most stores. A professional fluoride treatment takes only a few minutes to apply. It can be a gel, solution, foam or varnish that is applied with a cotton swab or painted on with a brush or it can be a solution placed on a tray and held in the mouth for several minutes, allowing your teeth to absorb the solution.
Dental Sealants
Regular dental checkups, along with daily brushing and flossing, are important measures to take when it comes to maintaining a healthy and beautiful smile. Unfortunately, there are hard to reach places in the back of your mouth where brushing alone is not enough to prevent bacteria buildup and decay. At Flintridge Dental Studio, we recommend dental sealants as another method of protecting your teeth against decay.
Space Maintainers
Spacers: A child’s baby teeth are vital and have some significant responsibilities. The purpose of baby teeth is to hold the space for the adult teeth. When a tooth is lost too early, a space maintainer can be placed to hold that spot open for the permanent tooth.

Resin Composite
Composite Bonding repairs chipped, cracked, broken and decayed teeth by using a composite resin that looks like the enamel of your tooth. After removing the decay, the composite is applied onto the surface of the tooth, sculpted into shape and hardened using a curing light. The composite blends into the tooth’s structure and the rest of your teeth to create a beautiful and healthy smile.
Veneers
Dental veneers are thin shells that are made from porcelain or ceramic. The doctor will select the shade, reshape and size the veneer to blend them in with the rest of your smile. Our staff is trained in providing Porcelain Veneers, Composite Veneers and Lumineers.
Crowns

Dr. Saadat earned his bachelor degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics at UCLA. He subsequently completed his dental education at UCLA School of Dentistry.
