RANT TIME... soooooo its 2 days before my brother wedding and guess whose dress came undone?? That would be mine, Dont Take anything to D.M Sewing Co address 1501 Bunton Creek Rd ste 103, Kyle, TX 78640. This is the company I had my alterations done at mind you I took the dress 4/6/18 they said the dress should take no longer then 2 weeks. Weeks have gone by and I never heard from them no call no nothing. Of course give them the benefit of the doubt I said maybe things are taking a few weeks longer because of prom. So sometime last week I went in for a final try on and a few alterations just needed to be done they said it would be done Monday 5/14/18. I go Monday and the dress isn't finished they said "no later then wed, I'm sorry" . I was like okay fine I go in wed before work and the dress is still not done! So by this time I am very upset but if you know me you know I'm crazy but I tried to keep my composure and be patient. So here comes Thursday after noon my dad goes in there and they say " its going to be done today we are going to make sure to call by end of day" . guess who didnt receive a call! So now its Friday I go at 12p to pick up the dress. Still isn't finished " they said just doing last min touch ups give us till 2 today". okay okay I say I go back home I give them until 3:15 and I go back. STILL NOT DONE. "just 20 more min. fine I wait outside 4:30 rolls on by I go inside "I'm sorry 1 hour more" I have a nail appointment at 4:30 so I'm like okay 1 hour. keep in mind they close at 6pm and are closed Saturday and Sunday..
they finally called dress is done at 5:45 i go pick it up and they charge me just took off 15%. I get home to it on the whole back split open. They didn't line the zippers up right so when I moved just a little bit the whole thing busted open. I'm so upset and really at a loss for words! So now I have to find a emergency seamstress!

Bad experience!

I took my jumpsuit in to have alterations made. The sleeves were a little too big and needed to be taken in. Jason, the tailor/owner told me not to bother trying it on, that he was going to do it in a professional manner, cut the seams and have me come in for a fitting later in the week, Friday or he'd call me. I waited until several days after the tentatively scheduled fitting was to take place, called, and was told that it wasn't ready, that they were still working on it. I asked how that was possible, since i'd yet to have the fitting. Jason told me it wasn't necessary for the fitting after all, that he'd just estimated the correct proportion of the arms based the other measurements. This seemed a little less than than the "professional" treatment of which I was assured. When I complained about the workmanship and the delays, Jason told me that he had bigger, more important clients to take care of, and just didn't have the time. he actually said this out loud

This company is professional, caring, personable, perfectionist and gives great customer service - the kind of customer service missing in most of todays businesses. I had them make curtains, cover 4 pillows and make curtain tiebacks. Everything was done with real care and finished perfectly. I highly recommend this company for sewing projects of any kind. I am so impressed I left them 3 more projects. The best I have found and the prices are reasonable.
