Giant Food

The produce is awesome. My fruits/veggies last a long time compared to Weis and Walmart stores. It's a great store and close to home. You don't have to travel in a city to get your food

I'D never shop there. Giant ruined the rural quality of the west end of Maxatawny township and destroyed the habitat of many creatures who lived in that tract of land. Additionally, giant is foreign owned. Whereas, Weis, Wegman's, Boyer's and Redner's are US owned. A company from the Netherlands owns Giant...Royal Ahold and Ahold USA owns some 775 supermarkets in the US.....Also one must wonder about a company who hires someone who I know raised chickens in their house that ran freely and pooped all over the place!
