Outback Steakhouse

I just ate there tonight. The food was horrible!! I had the No Rules Parmesan Pasta with shrimp. The shrimp was spicy, the sauce tasted funny and noodles were NOT cooked all the way. I have a 12 month old daughter who had the mac & cheese. The noodles were NOT done on her meal. Last time I'll ever eat there. Plus it was way to expensive!!!

We live around Kokomo and have eaten at this establishment for the last time. We have a large family and have had to return back to this restaurant 4 times for orders that were incorrectly filled, or were admittedly someone else's food altogether. Of course they "made it right" by giving us certificates and free appetizers, but all we expect when we visit a restaurant is what we ordered to begin with! Our son and his girlfriend reserved call ahead seating for the prom with 3 days advanced notice. They also called to verify their seating 3 hours before dinner on prom night for 7PM. When they arrived at 6:45 for dinner, they were bypassed by group after group until 8PM when they had to leave for the prom with NO DINNER. So.... I called the manager on Monday to investigate. She said she would look into it and call me back and after 3 hours went by with no return call I called again. She said that for whatever reason there was a lapse in their records for that time frame and she could not provide an explanation. So AGAIN, we received certificates for dinners after NOT RECEIVING THE SERVICE THAT WE WERE PREPARED TO PAY FOR. We now eat at Whiskey Creek and will from now until eternity. Great food and great service that you will NEVER receive at Outback.

This is a franchise. The food is good, but a little expensive compared to other franchise restaurants. I don't go here often as I don't think the price is worth it.
