After graduating fourth in her class at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 1996, she distinguished herself by receiving multiple Clinical Achievement Awards from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. She was elected into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (the Highest Dental Academic Achievement Award) which includes only the top 5% of dentists in the nation. Because of her accomplishments in dental school, she was accepted into a highly sought-after hospital residency program where she received post-graduate training at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. With her passion for restorative and cosmetic dentistry, she utilizes the latest in dental technology to individualize your treatment. Dr. Melissa is actively involved in our community and enjoys giving back to Kokomo through local charities. Being a mother of three gives Dr. Melissa a compassionate and understanding point-of-view for her patients.

        I dearly love dr. Jarrell and her staff.. All are so kind. I have never in my 68 years had a root canal take and ended up with having a pulled tooth, but she did it and I did not have to lose a tooth. She is caring and calming and makes sure your anxiety is taken care of and I felt no fear with her. There is not another dentist that has ever done this. so yes all my family now go there. Both daughters and grandchildren. Is nice to go to the dentist and not have to be so nervous and scared about any part of it. Thank you Dr. Jarrell and all of your working family.         The best dentist EVER!

        My family and I have been going to Dr. Jarrell for 12 years. We adore her and her entire staff. Her relaxing office is clean ,comfortable and professional. She has always worked with to make our dentistry affordable. We have always gotten first rate care at reasonable prices.Even my kids aren't afraid if the dentist. I highly recommend this Dr. Melissa.
