Walgreens

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy in Knoxville. If you plan on going through the drive thru, you better give yourself about an hour to do so. Instead of discouraging drop offs from waiting for their prescriptions in line, they let them wait which at times has taken up to 1/2 an hour. If you are only going to make 1 lane available then it needs to be drop offs (no waiting) and pick ups only. You suck!

I have been visiting the Kingston Pike Walgreens for a number of years, due to convenience and what was once, excellent, customer care. However, I feel as if I must report a glitch in their system. Upon speaking with a gentlemen working in the pharmacy department by the name of, Ronny, I must sadly report that I will no longer be venturing to Walgreens. Overly rude and extremely unpleasant! Unfortunately, Walgreens is no longer training their employees and/or hiring employees with the stature and mentality to deal with customers on a daily basis. I am very disappointed. My new move is very inconvenient, but overall necessary.
