        Overall

        This post office has lost packages of mine on several occasions, and the customer service when dealing with these issues is always poor. The employees act annoyed that you are concerned about the whereabouts of your items, and give little to no help finding them. Additionally, the delivery couriers can't seem to read names on packages, and will send them back to the sender if the apartment number is missing, instead of simply matching the name on the package to the name at the mail box. I understand that mistakes happen, but not every other time you order something.
