First the only reason I give two stars is because the work is actually very good. They done some work for me on one of my other cars and I spent about $400.00. The work was excellent. I bought a new car and it got scratched due to the recent snow and I wanted to get the exterior detail service done. Since the work in the past was great I wanted them to do it again. I called and had a appointment set up for Sunday at 9am. I recived a text (yes a text not a call) at 9:01 am informing me that they had a flat. After a few more texts they informed me that they couldnt get it repaired. No problem, so we set up a appointment around lunch time for them to come to job and do it there. So here it is on Monday I got a text saying they would be on thier way shortly. Around 3pm I get another text telling me they still cant get the flat taken care of. WOW. So because of the good work I agreed to reschdule for Thursday around lunchtime. Here it is Thursday at 2pm so I send a text (which seems to be thier preferred method of communication) asking since I have not heard anything does this mean that you have cancelled again for the third time? It is now 3:41 and no response. I am a General Manager and if I treated my customers this way I would be unemployeed. It must be nice to have so many customers that you can treat some this way.
