Overall

For a quick carwash thet are gopd but thet definitely are not a deep clean or detailing service. There $50 interior cleaning doesnt cover door james or eveb wiping out the cup holders. Pretty much its a vaccum and put a whole bunch of armoral on the dash... now they were very quick but for the $80 I paid i definitely expected a little more. They didnt even wash the wheels, wipe down my dash. I literally just left there 5 min ago and this is what i got. Even paid for a buff wax... and thos is only some of the pictures it would let me post...

Overall

They LOST the key to my car. No one even bothered to come tell me until an hour later when I asked. I found out because of all the little boys laughing about how someone lost it. I have a new car so my key is an electronic one, it's $800 for a new one not to mention getting the computer reprogrammed to the new key. I lost a client while waiting due to not being able to photograph there engagement party! So not only did I get hurt by this experience so did two amazing people that just got engaged. Complete lack of professionalism! I am very shocked and disappointed about the way they handled the situation! If I would have been informed then I could have made arrangements but I guess they couldn't even buck up and tell me they lost my key. Needless to say I will definitely never be back.

Horrible workmanship and even worse customer service

This business is fairly new but I don't think washing a car is rocket science nor should it be too much to ask that I get what I paid for. Is it? When I asked to speak to the owner this guy came out and I don't know but maybe he has little man complex or something but was rude. Anyway, I would recommend going somewhere else. Anywhere else.

i just left Synergy Auto Wash what a awesome job they did on my suv the man who welcomed me upon arrival was the best, Jimmy was very polite as he took my order that was the best $79.00 i ever spent on vehicle ..we recommend this place to everyone plus everything is done by hand..GREAT job...will return

I purchased the "Presdiential ...

I purchased the "Presdiential Package" for my Mother-In-Law's ford explorer last week for $86 including tax. This package included a full interior detail and a wash/wax for the exterior. After getting home with her car I realized that the roof had not even been cleaned. Once I got to looking on the inside, this was definitely not a "detail" job. Door jams were not cleaned, floor mats were not even moved to vacuum or to shampoo the carpet, the interior ceiling was not cleaned, steering column and the hatchback area was not vacuumed. I contacted the manager Brian Davis and he insisted that he would make it right but when I requested a refund he began to get difficulty and said that his system doesn't allow him to give refunds. Just keep in mind.....you get what you pay for and if you want to pay $86 for a wash/wax and sorry vacuum job go ahead but I'd rather not.

I would like to apologize again for not satisfying your expectations. We take so much pride in our service but like I said on the phone we are going to make mistakes. I take 100% responsibility for not inspecting the vehicle before it left the premises. My offer still stands to completely re-do the vehicle and also give you your money back. If you are stretched for time to be able to wait in our lobby while we re-do the vehicle then I am willing to provide you with a loaner vehicle for a couple hours or else I can drive you to your workplace if you drop off. I apologize again for the inconvenience and please be assured we are working so many hours a week to get all the bugs out in hopes of being the best car wash in the country within a few months.
