Between Linnette and Dr. Casey, this place has a "homelike" atmosphere that allows you to feel comfortable. Beyond that, the therapist has done a great job getting my back, back into shape.Thank you guys! Best customer service ever!

When you walk in the front door of BenchMark you are greeted by a very gracious lady, Mrs. Carmichael, who confirms your appointment and collects your fee. The therapist, Casey Robinson, after more than ten appointments has proven that physical therapy can help relieve your pain. He is very gentle in his treatments but thorough. He knows exactly where to touch and how. There are still times at night when I will have pain in my neck and legs, but not near as bad as it was. My pain is more bearable thanks to Casey.

My treatment was very professional even though rigorous at times. I have had an excellent experience with therapist Casey and staff person, Lynette. They were so kind and understanding toward my feeling of pain and tried to design a personal therapy for relieving those pain points in my back and leg.
