First time there and was very pleased. Found that they were very helpful. They also matched price of competitor .

I was in there on Saturday 12/17/2011 all I wanted was a pinky for one of my snakes.

They was no help at all.You ask to see the pets and no one wants to even get them out cause they dont touch them or if you ask about a pet they know nothing and then they go ask other person and they dont know.Here about last yesr they sold me a sick snake and they give me one to fix it but it to was sick.The maneger as no cares about anything in that store.They are over priced in all there things.Its never clean in there and the fish tanks always have to many dead fish in them, All I have to say is I will never go back or even buy other thing there even a pet.Because know there knows what to do or knows anything about what they are doing about the animals in there.TN

This store knowingly sold me a sick rabbit. It had diarea when i brought him home it was cleared up and then a couple weeks later it reoccured. I went back to the store to get help they told me to feed it oats the next day it died. i went in there the following day but no one could help me because the manager wasnt around. so then I went back in on the following monday and was told to bring the dead bunny back to the store. disgusting. if you ask me. After that she said she could not help me at all and she couldnt even recognize her employees. this store was no help at all and i would never buy a pet from there agian. There were crickets all over the place because they dont keep them contained when their refilling the cricket cages. its truelly disgusting. the worst part of all was that the manager was rude and could care less about the problem.
