I was charged $120 for one hour of labor to put my car up on the lift and tell me that my exhaust system needed replacing due to rust. I was told that this was the standard diagnostic fee. I called around to other shops in the area and learned that $40 and even free diagnostic inspections are the norm for muffler and exhaust systems. I feel that I was exceedingly overcharged for service provided, and no longer trust this shop.
Something just don't seem right about this place... I'm a shade tree mechanic myself, I've rebuilt many motors but my wife is adamant about getting her oil changed at an auto shop. These people mostly the owner is very pushy about selling you things instead of informing you. To the point of making one uncomfortable. besides that my wife has parked her car in the same spot for 2 years and just after the 2nd oil change at Richards shop I noticed small drips of oil in the garage... something aint right about that place I'm telling ya! my wife is taking her car somewhere today to see if this 'mechanic' didn't put the oil filter on wrong. whatever it is im sure he did it in an attempt to get us to come back. pretty pathetic business.

pretty pathetic millenial complaint, openly make up hypetheticals leave a 1 star review and dont actually know anything about whats wrong with HER car, sounds like your wife is smart to take her car somewhere other than your "very trusted capable hands".
This shop is nothing less than awesome i was ready to trade my car in because 3 other shops including the dealer could not fix it. Richard fixed it for less than 100 dollars and did it the same day great job guys this is my shop from now on
