Our first matching pair of lazy boy recliners were purchased in 1973, 2nd pair in 1998, last week we purchased our 3rd pair, never a single problem. Expecting these to last my lifetime.

I also wish I could give them lower than 1 star. There service department is a joke! They are either gone or left for the day, after 1 month of trying i finally get someone that then says she will call me back..... she leaves a voice message says she has info for me and does not leave the info!!!!!! Instead says going to be out of the office until Friday, I call back and yes....she is gone and no one else that I can talk to until Friday!!! What terrible customer service!!!!!!

these people were flat out rude to me! I will never use their company again for anything! I wish i could rate them at 0 stars. very dissatisfied!

We purchased a La-Z-Boy reclining sofa from this store in Oct 2006. It was nearly 10 weeks before we received the completed sofa. The quality is extremely poor. Fabric has not held up. Construction is cheap and poorly done. We have had it in for repairs once already this year. It now needs extensive repairs due to broken and cracked pieces and mechanical failure. We have been waiting for two weeks for the store to pick up for repairs. After speaking with manager there is still no resolution. We would never again buy inferior La-Z-Boy products - especially from this location in Knoxville TN.
