I was trying to find a decent rim for my car, and the dealership recommended that I contact these people. I drove an hour and a half for the rim, paid almost 100$ for it. The sales guy was rude and acted put out to be there, and before the other guy loaded the rim in my car, he made a crack about it being warped, yet I was sold a "brand New" item. Sure enough, it was warped. When I took it back, the same guy tried to give me a 5$ refund and was going to get me "another rim" because for "some reason it looks like its already been returned, but it was New". I finally got my a full refund and left. DON'T GO HERE if you value your vehicle.

The sales rep hung up on me. According to the sales rep, "I do this everyday" and he thinks that he is unable to ship airbags via ground.

My engine developed a serious problem and I was told I needed to have it rebuilt or replaced.

I heard about Knox Auto Parts and that they have good engines and will stand behind their parts. They had the engine I needed for much less than having mine rebuilt. They were very professional and even recommended a mechanic who was less expensive than the one I had originally talked to. Three days later I was back on the road and running better than ever!
