If I could give ZERO stars I would. Think twice before hiring Ben and his team to do your irrigation. They act like they know what they are doing but in the end the whole thing is a mess. They started out jacking up my driveway while digging to put in the lines. Then after about 2 week of irrigating my lawn I called Ben and told him my new "rich top soil" I paid for a soaking wet and molding. Also that the sprinklers where extremely powerful. Not to mention a think a valve popped. Well all of that was the case. They put this rich soil and seed just on top of red clay instead of tilling the ground and doing it correctly. Lazy. Then he realized he never checked the PSI. My PSI was over 100. Typically it is supposed to be around 40-50 PSI for irrigation so that's why my valve popped. So I had to buy an PSI reducer for an extra $150. GREAT! Now that its been 2 months down the road, I am having to have another company come in and fix all of their mistakes dealing with the soil and sprinkler heads. Ive had 3 other landscaping companies come out for quotes and all of them asked who originally did this and how did they think this was correct? They may be cheaper than the well educated landscapers. They may be able to do it faster than other landscapers. But good lord these guys are amateur. I text Ben to tell him about what I am having to do with the soil now and he text me back "Thanks. Now that you are the expert you don't need me anymore. DON'T CALL ME FOR ANYTHING ELSE. GO BACK TO YOUR CUBICLE...YOU HAVE NO CLUE." Yup that's what you are dealing with. As a professional business man myself, it is obvious Ben needs a lesson in business edict. Find a company with an owner who has a turf management degree. Hire someone who knows what they are doing because these guys don't. $3K job all for nothing. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND PAIN. PAY THE EXTRA $500 FOR A COMPANY WHO KNOWS HOW TO DO IRRIGATION.
