Jack Rabbit Usa

I had a flat tire on the highway, so I pulled over and called my roadside assistance, who called the Jack Rabbit. They (Jack Rabbit) called me to confirm that they were on their way, and would reach me in 15 minutes. I waited and waited, with a crying toddler in the car and the evening getting darker and darker. They never arrived. I called them, and nobody answered the phone. I left a message that was ignored. They didn't tell me or my roadside assistance that they were not coming, they just didn't show up. I think that's extremely unprofessional.
