I wish I had the option of zero stars. The "inspector" missed some things that should have been very obvious for a professional to catch. Things like missing sill plates and rotted floor joists that could easily be viewed from the OUTSIDE of the house. But excuses were made about how he couldn't get very far into the crawl. I guess he couldn't be bothered to look behind the piece of drywall in the master bedroom closet that was barely held in place by a single screw to check out the BLACK PIPE that is used as a water supply for the shower head and the schedule 40 that is used for cold and HOT water supply or hey, how about the rotted floor joist underneath the shower!! I guess that isn't part of an "inspectors" job. All I received were excuses by the owner himself. Not even an offer to come and see for himself what his sub-par employee missed. I guess he doesn't care about his own company and you should certainly not believe the hype about customer service because it doesn't exist!!! Now I have a house that is literally falling down and a looming litigation.

Scheduling the inspection was easy. I called the office on Wednesday and the inspection was conducted on Friday. I was able to pay for the inspection online. Jason arrived early and was eager to answer my questions. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated his willingness to answer my questions and alert my attention to potentially significant findings. The inspection was thorough. I received a comprehensive report (with pictures) within hours of completing the inspection. The plan included the "RecallChek." They essentially looked for recalls on appliances in the home. I received the results of the RecallChek the next day (Saturday). I recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspection.
