Harry Lane Pre-Owned

We purchased a vehicle here and I estimated the payoff. The pay off ened up being less than the amount I give them and they refused to refund any of my money after I was told from my salesman that I would be refunded any overage. I called and spoke with the manager. He was very rude and very unhelpful. I called many many times over several weeks and left messages for Kenny Lane the owner. He never returned my call. I never received my money back they owe me and still have never received my phone call from the owner, This is a terribLE way to do business and would never trade with Harry Lane again. I have let others know how terrible they are and kept them from doing business with them as well. Stay away they will cheat you out of every penny they can. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE
