Fountain City Coin Laundry

Excellent service each and every time I have been to this laundromat. My family and I have been going here for over 10 years. No complaints for the Laundry Basket.

Zan and her team at the laundry basket have done an outstanding job. they were very professional and their customer service was impeccable! I will definitely be using them again. This customer is very happy indeed!

This is the best place ever to do laundry. The ladies who work there are always friendly and helpful. My husband loves that it is always attended. One time I forgot a load of my laundry there; they dried it and put it up in the office for me. The owner Zan is very helpful and takes a true interest in her customers. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my laundry needs.

I was a customer of that laundromat for four years because it is clean and nice. However, the owners are completely rude. My dryer broke in the middle of doing laundry this summer, so I packed up my wet clothes (2 loads) and clothes that needed to be washed and headed over to the laundromat. The owner yelled at me because I wanted to use the dryer on 2 loads that I did not wash there, despite the other laundry I was going to wash. He told me he didn't want me to do it because I was lying that my dryer was broken and that I just wanted to save money on my electric bill. He went on to state that his electric bill was huge the month before because of people like me. I tried to reason with him, but he just proceeded to get angrier. He got into my face and started screaming at me, despite my calm demeanor. My male companion had to step in between us and tell him to leave me alone just so that we could leave and go to another laundromat. The owner knows me and knows I am a regular customer, so his behavior was completely out of line. I would never recommend going there to anyone.

I was at Fountain City Coin Laundry today and I can't remember ever being treated so rudely. I went into the store, and was stopped by a woman who snapped, "Can I help you?!" I told her that our dryer had broken, and that we needed to wash our clothes. She said that was fine, and I asked if the coin machine worked, because a friend had been in the day before and told me it did not. She had to walk to Walgreens to get change. The lady told me the machine worked, and I started to walk toward it. She said, "You need to get your laundry FIRST!". I said, " Alright", and hopped in my car and drove to another laundromat. I understand not wanting people to drain the coin machines, if they aren't actually washing their clothes, but she could have said that instead of practically yelling at me. I will never go back!
