Easy Auto

Easy auto , there is nothing easy about them. Every one please beware. I went there thinking that i was going to pay 500 down, but they had me pay 2300 down. On top of that the car was a lemon, it ended up in shop just one day after i had it and was a fire hazard. The repair shop men were rude and said no that they would not fix it at easy auto. So they will screw you big time. Beware, Be Careful Everyone.

I know many people who had a good experience with Easy Auto. There are so many buy here pay here dealers in Knoxville. Finding the right one can be difficult. This site gives a great list with contact information on over 50 bhph dealers...

Easy auto is a scam! They make it seem so great because you are able to get financed through them with little to no credit. They also don't tell you that ur interest rate is outrageous and you pay 3 times the amount the car is worth. The vehicles they sell are in terrible condition. They aren't helpful at all when you have questions about what you are buying or paying for the vehicle. I would never recommend them to anyone nor would I ever go back. The salesmen there should feel bad because they are ripping people off daily.

Easy Auto is a really great place it you have bad credit and good employment history with a good down payment. The people who work there are extremely nice and will do whatever they can to help you get into a vehicle. Yes most of the vehicles have over 100,000 miles but this place is to help build your credit back up to where you can get a nicer vehicle in the future. There payment option are also on short term, so you will not be paying on it for more than 3 years. I was extremely please with everything. I work for a car dealership and this one by far is awesome. If you dont have a good down payment then i dont recommend them to you. There vehicles are in really good shape and they do pull a background on them. They also can set up your financing to be directly taken out so you dont have to worry about it.

I went to Easy Auto because the vehicle I had had blown and engine. I was looking for a specific kind of vehicle because of my job. After passing the dealership everyday I found a vehicle that would work for me and stopped in to talk to a salesman. After going over my finaces and credit he told me it would be no problem to get this vehicle finaced and even let me drive the vehicle for 3 days while he was getting the financing in place. On the 3rd day i was called and told that he couldnt get that particular vehicle finaced but he had several others on the lot that would work with my debt to payment ratio and the $500.00 downpayment that I had. I found myself in a situation that it ws buy or bum rides to work because I was told he could get the vehicle I wanted finaced. I bought a vehicle from him out of the limited number he showed me that I could get into. Since buying the vehicle I have put over $3000.00 in major repairs into it and was quoted the "as is " BS that they use to sell crappy vehicles. The finace company starts calling the day the payment is due and continues to call until the payment is made. I received 3 calls on the day my payment was due just to remind me that my payment was due. IF YOU NEED A DEPENDABLE VEHICLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! DONT GET CAUGHT UP IN THE GAMES THAT THESE PEOPLE PLAY!!! RIDING THE BUS IS A BETTER ALTERNATIVE!!!

i got to eazy auto about ten minuetes till nine and waited till nine and saw one of the workers and asked her if she was a sales person she said no that she was the office manager so i asked her if she could give me the price on three diffrent vechiles she said that she could not do only a sales men could do that and the salesmen would not be there till after noon all of the vehiles i looked at had over 100 thousand miles and no newer than 2003 i called after noon and asked a salesmen how much they cost and he told me $9500 there is no way eazy auto my big old but

I recently went to Easy Auto with big hopes that finally someone could help me get into a better vehicle. I spent three days dealing with these people. Others had spent the entire day there in the show room. I was lied to and I am not so sure they even tried to get me financed. I have never heard of a car dealership used or new that does not know how much they are asking for a vehicle. I was told I could get the one I dearly wanted for $500 down. I got financed with one job for a down payment of $1500. When they found out I had two jobs they all of a sudden couldn't get me financed at all. If I had a large down payment and perfect credit would I really be at a buy here pay here lot purchasing a vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it. Please don't expect them to return your call. I will never go back there and I will never recommend that any of my friends or enemies go either.
