Creek Ridge Apartments

I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. They changed my apartment number one week before move in. Then the day of move in they weren't even finished cleaning my apartment. The unit also reeks of stake cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on. And the neighbors are RUDE!! Incredibly disrespectful. It's the worst place I've ever lived. And it's definitely not a safe area. Cops were on the premises at least a few times a month. If you want a nice, safe place to live, do not live here!!

I've lived at Creek Ridge for 2 years and plan on signing a new lease in a couple months. I was shocked to read the negative reviews. I've never had a bad experience as long as I've lived here. Obviously, maintenance can be slow at times, but other than that I really can't think of any negatives. I think some people are just too picky. This place is clearly not a "luxury" complex, so don't expect that when you move in and you'll be fine.

After moving in recently, it has been very costly due to things the office has told me. Basically their motto is "No matter what we tell you, we will not stand against our verbal agreements even if it winds up costing you a lot of money. ALWAYS refer to the contract/lease even if we VERBALLY tell you to do something going against the least, if it comes back around and winds up costing someone money we will lie and say you should have stuck to the lease no matter what we said." I've experienced this after living here just a short period of time. If they tell you ANYTHING that goes against the lease, make sure you get it in writing before leaving the office. Also, trying to get maintenance to fix anything beyond tightening a screw is almost impossible. There has been a leak ever since I moved in that I reported on the move in sheet (they were suppose to look it over) and that has never been fixed. I've called about several things in the kitchen and it has been almost a month as well.... Never fixed. As for something positive, the neighbors are incredibly friendly and it is pretty quiet for the most part. Overall, I'd recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere because management seems very friendly but in the grand scheme of things they really do not care after you hand them your deposit and sign the lease. They will tell you anything and agree with anything just to get you out of their office and off the phone. After my lease, I'm definitely not renewing.
