Clayton Motors Volvo

My husband purchased a Volvo and when we needed parts we went to Clayton since they are the only Volvo dealership in Knoxville. They ordered the parts and charged an unreal amount for them but we never complained. We were told that we would be called when the parts came in. After 4 weeks of us not hearing anything I had to send my mother out to check on the parts since Clayton is only open M-F 7:30-5pm (which btw is REALLY inconvenient for anyone with a JOB) they gave her one of the parts (which later on was not even the right part) and then told her the other one was on backorder and they had no idea when it would come in.



They blew her off when she was asking them questions since a man walked in with an armani suit on wanting some service. When my mother told me about what had happened I became frustrated that a business would discriminate against a customer based on what they're wearing so I decided to contact the owner of the establishment. Let me just say that Mr. Clayton is as UNPROFESSIONAL as they come. He basically told us that he knew we had nowhere else to buy parts from since he is the only dealer in Knoxville and actually told us, "Whatever..." When we told him about the way we were treated. People like this DISGUST me and are definetly NOT worthy of anyone's business.
