Cantrell's Heat & Air

Cantrell’s is the only place I’ll use living in Knox. I’ve been using them for years now, and on more than one occasion where I’ve had an emergency AC problem the owner has come in on his day off to repair my AC. There is such a thing as personal and complete service these days, and these guys are it.

I greatly appreciate all their effort and hard work. Done on schedule and high quality work.

Good service. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He took of his shoes so my carpet did not get dirty.

I thought we'd never be able to replace our tried and tested HVAC guy in Loudon County. I was wrong. Called all around on a Sunday and Cantrell's was the first to respond. Guy came out (I think he was the owner) and said the Thermostat was bad. Here's the kicker. I replaced the thermostat myself and the guy NEVER billed us. (Maybe he forgot, but hey). A month or so later, a fan breaks apart at night. First thing in the morning, here they come. Fixed it, tested it, checked the system and even left us a bill ;-) Highly recommended!

Cantrell's installed a new Trane heat pump for us in February, 2009. The installation was top-notch, the workmen professional and pleasant, the price competitive. I know. I got 5 quotes. They took the time to answer all my questions, arrived and completed when promised. There was one small problem after the installation was completed and it was taken care of immediately, without complaint. They actually did more work than was requested. I can highly recommend this company. Strawberry Plains TN.
