The staff at Aerocare have always been very helpful. Their billing which is not done there is the opposite. It is ridiculous. The phone is always busy and the
wait time has been up to a hour. Something needs to be done about this please.

I use them for my CPAP supplies. I had an urgent need to replace my machine that finally wore out, and they were able to give me a replacement machine (also RESMED brand) the same day the old one broke, through my insurance. They are very professional, and have a complete inventory of CPAP machines and accessories. If they don't have it, they can order it. They also helped set up my re-supply needs with my insurance company, so I get fresh filters, masks, etc. delivered to my home on a monthly to quarterly basis. I'm happy with them and recommend using their services.
