They provided wonderful care for my husband. Signing up was fast and easy, they came out the next day and explained everything in detail. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into signing up with them as I did with other companies. Hannah was very knowledgeable in the company and in their caregivers. I had the pleasure of speaking with Miya over the course of my husbands care with them as well. She was very caring and sweet. They cooked, cleaned, and transported my husband to appointments with me. They even took our dog out for us everyday. My husband is now passed, but I forsee myself using them in the near future.
Highly recommended for those who are looking for reliable and professional caregivers. We have been using this company for a while now and the reliability is unmatched. Miya is a pleasure to talk to. Every time we speak I can tell she cares about my grandmother and our family. They go above and beyond.
This company has the most compassionate staffing. Hannah called spoke with me and was the one to come out and meet myself and my father. She answered any questions I had and went above and beyond for us. I would recommend them 10/10.
This home care agency has really made a difference in my mother's life. She is playing cards again, going on walks, and telling our caregiver recipes to cook for her. I'm am so glad they are here for my mother.
I couldn't have asked for better people to care for my mom and dad. I live out of state and can only care for them a weekend out of the month. Acti-Kare is there when I can't be. My parents have the freedom to do what they want without having to call neighbors or friends to come help. They know when their caregiver gets there anything can get accomplished.
Acti-Kare was a blessing! They cared for my father like he was their own family. We couldn't have asked for better caregivers and staff. They were always kind and had an answer for any question we had. They cleaned, cooked, and did anything my father needed.
