Orthopaedic Specialists Of NC

We had a terrible experience here. We were seen in the urgent care department in Knightdale by Ms. McArthur. The intake nurse/X-ray tech obviously did not like children. She was very blatant about that. The PA took a few x-rays of my daughter's arm and eventually gave us the explanation that my daughter was acting like she was in pain and seeking attention because nothing was broken. 4 days later her arm is swollen and she is in terrible pain. Went to Raleigh Orthopedics. Her arm is broken and needs emergency surgery. Ms. McArthur with Ortho NC completely missed that her arm was broken. We will never use them again. Terribly disappointing experience here and furthermore their incompetency could have lead to further complications for my child.
