        I have often heard that nothing runs like a John Deere, 11 hrs. after buying one I had problems. Returned lawn mower to lowes they called the people that would be fixing it. I had to personally take to them. They were supposed to pick up but didn't. Lowe's manager stated the man said he would start working on it today. When I got there the man said he was backed up over a week. It is summer I need a lawn mower now. I can pay for it every month but they can't give me another one in return. This is not right. If I had known this I would have bought from Home Depot. Bad bad bad service .. I have even had this mower a month

        This locations is the worst. The staff is unfriendly, I ordered patio doors which took over a month and then called every day once they arrived. A week later it is still not resolved have not heard from the installer. A little over a year ago ordered flooring and it was a disaster I ended up cancelling and going else where. I have also ordered screens when they came in it was the wrong size. As soon as my Lowes card is paid I will be going to Home Depot to open an account and they will receive all of my future business.
