David Kedson, a Philadelphia attorney and software developer, and Michael Levinson, a Philadelphia businessman, founded LegalEdge Software in 1989. The two men developed, for a mutual friend and attorney, what is now believed to be the first case management software available in the marketplace. LegalEdge Software has grown to become one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the Delaware Valley. In addition, the company has a national customer base of mostly large law firms and Fortune 2000 legal departments. Today, LegalEdge Software continues to be one of the market leaders in providing legal software systems.
