I had the worst experience of my life while I was there. I had to have a tooth extracted. he didn't wait very long for the numbing medication to work and I told him and he just continued working

Didn't use numbing gel. When he had the needle ready to give me the shot, i said Whoa, you haven't numbed me up yet, He laughed and said we don't use that here. He also didn't wait for the shot to set in, After 3 shots I could still feel pain (not discomfort). He was very quick to offer another shot. Almost in tears now I said wait can you just give me a few minutes to regroup. The Dr. and his assistant left the room for about 30 mins. After they came back it took about 15 more minutes and the nightmare was over. While the Dotor was out of the room the front desk assistant heard me crying, she came in my room and said, Why are you crying?, with a chuckle, the Doctor hasn't even done anything yet. In the middle of crying I said He had to stop, I'm in pain, I had to take a break. The assistant then said. Well you are going to have to suck it up and quit crying as she handed me some tissues, the Doctor can't operate on you while your crying. I would not recommend this Doctor at all. He didn't offer to shake my hand at the beginning of the visit, he did not explain anything himself, and he was very quick to give shots but didn't wait for the numbing medicine to work. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Dental Surgeon.

Didn't even wait for the numbing to set in, and to add insult to injury, then while pulling my tooth made a horrible joke about the cracking sound of my tooth. Broke the roots off in my mouth, had to cut them out and excessively stitch the cutting. "Little shop of horrors dentist" in real life. I had four wisdom teeth removed and was very nervous at first. I had a wonderful experience. The office was very clean and professional and the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Z took his time with me and explained everything. I would recommend Dr. Z to anyone. He even called to check on me after the procedure!

Terrible experience with this office. Was not told about the $65 'consultation' fee that consisted of Dr. Z explaining WHY we needed his service. [We were already there - and the rehearsed speech and time spent was unnecessary]. Following the 20 minute procedure, Dr. Z came out and said "All went well except when I was extracting one of the teeth, I accidently cut through the tongue, so I stitched it up as best I could." Adding insult to injury, I was promised a 10% cash discount and only provided at 3% discount. Never, never again! I would highly recommend that you find someone other than this 'cookie-cutter' office.
