This is a scam. I purchased a 5-days/4-nights package in Mexico for 4 travelers, but when I tried to make a reservation, they said I only qualify for 4-days/3-nights and I'll have to pay extra for the 4th night. I gave up arguing and accepted, then the following day, they called me and told me I'll have to pay an extra $100 because one of my children is over 12, and that's not in the contract either, which mentions 4 travelers without any condition of age. Again, I stopped arguing and accepted, then the day after, they called ma again and said I'll have to pay another $79 for some fees, and the contract says fees cannot exceed $75. At this point, I just said NO, because I don't know what will come next. All in all, I paid $500 for nothing. They don't deserve a single star.

I concur with all of the other reviewers. I purchased a vacation package and even paid for the a reservation. When I researched the resort it wasn't worth it. I called about a refund and they said "No"....up to this day I never even receive the package materials. It's a BIG SCAM operation. Buyers beware���� they deserve NO STARS

Agree with other reviewers!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! They will not give you a refund so I really hope you didn't already get scammed by tangos company! Hopefully, we have recourse through our credit card company.... They do not even deserve one star. When you do finally receive your package information, it is beyond the 30 day refund period. When you check the ratings on their offered resorts, they are horrible.

I had the same problem. They sold me a vacation and said I needed to schedule in 2 months. When I called back, they said I didn't qualify and it was too late for a refund. Nice model - sell something the customer is unable to use and then say they are too late for a refund.
