Pediatrics of Central Florida

My children have been patients for over 10 years now and I absolutely love Dr. Raghavan. However I think it's time to find a new pediatrician. With each visit the experience from staff and wait times has gotten worse and out of control. My recent appointment was at 4:10, I was called by the nurse at 5:40 into the patient room. I saw the doctor finally at 6:05 and didn't leave until 6:30 and was the last patient to leave. I was not late, I arrived right on my appointment time and there were three patients already signed in waiting and one after me. This isn't the first time I've experienced something similar where I spent 3 hrs until seeing the doctor and most of the time waiting was in the patient room. I think the practice has taken on more patients than it can handle and the scheduling time frames are unrealistic. They're scheduling 10 min increments which put the doctor's behind track. It's unrealistic and greed causing the scheduling time slots. The office manager, Priya, is also very unhelpful, and pointless to speak to because she simply defends the poor service instead of trying to resolve issues for future experience. I've referred 10 patients to this practice and so far two have found another pediatrician due to the same issues, wait time. I'll be starting my search of a new office and taking my referrals with me.
