Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

We just bought a Jeep Patriot from Bob Conti. He was very knowledgeable and he even though it was raining, he went outside just to get a vin number on a specific car we were looking. We had to wait a while, but I can tell you, it was worth it! They will not let you take the car until they are SURE you are approved. Other dealers will let you take the car and then a couple of days later, they call you with a problem or will tell you that you have to put more money or pay more. I know this because it happened to us with Central Florida Toyota. They gave us the car and 2 days later they called us saying that we had to put $$ down and our payments went up. Not by that much, but still it was a pain. We know, we will not have to do that. Thank you Bob Conti and Jhon Guzman!!! Very happy with my new Jeep!! :) Marie

I especially appreciated the young gentleman, Rich Slack, who helped us make the financing happen in a such a smooth manner. Didn't hurt that he was quite the comedian. Funny fellow I tell you. I will be back because of him alone.
