I called Norbert at Masters about an A/C problem with our 2016 Navion. He answered the phone on the 2nd ring. He said he could come to the campground and look at the AC but since it was still under the mfg warranty he recommended to take it to the dealer for this so we don't jeopardize the warranty. He called back the next day to see if we still had the AC issue. We did. He still recommended to take it to the dealer. He didn't know us from Adam and was totally honest with me. I will definitely keep the phone number for future use if needed. Thank you Norbert.
