I happen to be at K-TOWN CUSTOMS tinting my fourth car and the couple making the complain made no sense. I work in the retail business and some times customers are just wrong. I do recommend KTOWN CUSTOMS.

DON'T GET ANYTHING DONE HEREUNLESS U WANT A BAD JOB AND YOUR STUFF STOLEN !!!!! AND THEY DO A POOR JOB, LEADING TO ADDITIONAL TRIPS TO GET STUFF REPAIRED!!!! IN THE END IT'S YOUR LOSS !

BEWARE THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE WRITEN BY THEM I should have known they were suspect I had a appoinment for 9am But the installer shows up at 9:40am claiming that he "had to get his breakfast". CRIMINALS I bought them my audi a6 to install a back up camera. They said everything was fine and they could do it no problem in a hour in a half, 2 hours later some tall dude comes out and says that he could not do it and he is putting car back together. After They did i inspected the car and found to broken plates underneath the liners that would not seal back because they broke the plastic and 2 drills holes 7 inches apart which makes no sense. They said that the most they can do is 3m tape or some glue which did not hold. I called the cops and here is the responding officer info

Theses criminals told the cops that they never touched the car and that i had drilled the holes and broke the liners, cops said it was a civil case.



DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE ALL CRIMINALS THIEVES THAT HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DO CUSTOM WORK

They tinted my BMW and it looks amazing. Another shop wanted to charge more because its a BMW. Go check them out.

Got there at 10:15am and had to wait more than 4 hours. They were working(tinting) on 2 cars at the same time. But instead of doing one car at the time (2 people) to get the job done faster, they decided to tint both cars. It took them 1 hour on two lil windows ONLY.. I wont recommend this place. Pay a lil more and go somewhere else...
