        Overall

        The iSmoothies are the reason why I go to that gym. I'm addicted to them, so tasty and such a low calories while high on protein. Ask the person working there to recommend you a specific one based on your fitness goal. That combined with good training is what I follow. Lost 40 lbs in 3 months and kept it off, I Will NEVER give up.
